Ingredients

  • 1 pound white fish fillets (cod)

  • 1 cup Manny’s Ultimate Michelada

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

  • 8 small tortillas

  • 2 cups shredded cabbage

  • Lime wedges for serving

COASTAL FISH TACOS

Directions

  1. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish. Pour Manny’s Ultimate Michelada over the top, then add olive oil, cumin, and chili powder.

  2. Turn fish over a few times to coat both sides evenly.

  3. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes to marinate.

  4. Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  5. Remove fish from the marinade (discard the marinade afterward. Cook fillets for 3–4 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  6. Warm tortillas in a clean skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

  7. Assemble tacos by adding shredded cabbage and chunks of fish to each tortilla.

  8. Serve with fresh lime wedges on the side.
