COASTAL FISH TACOS
Directions

Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish. Pour Manny’s Ultimate Michelada over the top, then add olive oil, cumin, and chili powder.

Turn fish over a few times to coat both sides evenly.

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30–45 minutes to marinate.

Heat a nonstick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Remove fish from the marinade (discard the marinade afterward. Cook fillets for 3–4 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Warm tortillas in a clean skillet or microwave until soft and pliable.

Assemble tacos by adding shredded cabbage and chunks of fish to each tortilla.

Serve with fresh lime wedges on the side.
