Ingredients

1 ready-made flatbread or naan

½ cup Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary

½ cup crushed tomatoes
-
1 tablespoon olive oil
-
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
-
½ teaspoon dried oregano
-
½ teaspoon black pepper
-
½ cup sliced pepperoni or cooked sausage
-
Fresh basil leaves for garnish

BLOODY MARY
PIZZA NIGHT
Directions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to preheat.

In a small saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add crushed tomatoes and Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary.

Stir gently and cook for 8–10 minutes until slightly thickened. Add oregano and black pepper, then turn off the heat.

Place the flatbread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Spoon the sauce evenly over the flatbread, spreading it out with the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the top.

Add pepperoni slices or cooked sausage pieces.

Place the flatbread in the oven and bake for 8–10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven carefully using oven mitts.

Let cool for 2 minutes, then slice and garnish with fresh basil leaves. Serve warm.
