MANNY'S GLAZED
GRILLED SALMON
Directions

In a shallow dish, mix Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary, olive oil, and minced garlic.

Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish and coat them with the marinade.

Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.

Place salmon skin-side down and grill for 5 minutes.

Flip gently with a spatula and cook another 3–4 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

Remove and rest for 2 minutes.

Serve with lemon wedges for a bright finish.
