Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (6 ounces each)

  • ½ cup Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Lemon wedges for serving

GRILLED SALMON

Directions

  1. In a shallow dish, mix Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary, olive oil, and minced garlic.

  2. Place salmon fillets skin-side down in the dish and coat them with the marinade.

  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

  4. Preheat a grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  5. Brush the grill grates with oil to prevent sticking.

  6. Place salmon skin-side down and grill for 5 minutes.

  7. Flip gently with a spatula and cook another 3–4 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  8. Remove and rest for 2 minutes.

  9. Serve with lemon wedges for a bright finish.
