Ingredients

½ cup Manny's Ultimate Bloody Mary (plus extra for basting)

½ cup light brown sugar, firmly packed

3 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar (for depth)

1 teaspoon ground chipotle powder (for smoky heat)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt

1 (12–14 lb) whole turkey

MANNY'S GLAZED THANKSGIVING TURKEY
Directions
I. Prepare the Glaze

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the brown sugar and balsamic vinegar, stirring until the sugar dissolves completely.

Stir in the Manny's Ultimate Bloody Mary, chipotle powder, and garlic powder.

Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer.

Cook for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the glaze reduces by about one-third and coats the back of a spoon.

Remove the glaze from the heat and allow it to cool slightly.
II. Prepare and Roast the Turkey

Preheat your oven and prepare the turkey for roasting (remove giblets, pat skin dry).

For maximum flavor, pour ¼ cup of Manny's Ultimate Bloody Mary into the cavity of the turkey before roasting.

Season the skin generously with Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt before placing the turkey in the oven.

Roast the turkey according to your standard timeline.

Brush the glaze generously onto the turkey during the last 45 minutes of roasting, reapplying every 15 minutes.

Once the turkey is removed from the oven and before resting, sprinkle Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt over the glazed crust
