Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks (or cut of choice)

  • ½ cup Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

  • Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt (for seasoning and finishing)

MANNY'S ULTIMATE GRILLED STEAK

Directions

  1. Combine Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary, olive oil, black pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl. Mix well.

  2. Place steaks in a resealable plastic bag and pour in the marinade. Seal tightly and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours, turning once or twice.

  3. Preheat grill to high heat. Remove steaks from the bag and pat them dry.

  4. Seasoning: Sprinkle both sides of the steaks generously 
    with Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt.

  5. Grill for 4–6 minutes per side, depending on your preferred doneness, achieving a beautiful crust.

  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  7. Sprinkle Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt over the sliced steak just before serving for an extra layer of heat and texture.
