BACK TO TABLE OF CONTENTS

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef (80/20 blend for best flavor)

  • ¼ cup Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

  • 4 brioche buns

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • 4 large eggs

  • Lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles for topping

  • 1 tablespoon butter for frying

MAXIMILIAN'S INCREDIBLE BURGER 

Directions

  1. Gently combine ground beef with Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary,  salt, and black pepper. Mix minimally to keep burgers tender.

  2. Divide meat into four equal portions and form patties about 1 inch thick. Create a slight indentation in the center of each patty.

  3. Heat a cast iron skillet or grill to medium-high. Melt the butter in the skillet, or lightly oil the grill grates.

  4. Place patties on the heat. Cook for 3–4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or 5–6 minutes per side for medium doneness.

  5. During the last minute, top each patty with cheddar cheese. Cover for 30 seconds to allow the cheese to melt fully. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes.

  6. Lightly toast the brioche buns. Fry the 4 large eggs in the same skillet to your preferred style. Season the eggs lightly.

  7. Place the bottom bun on a plate. Layer with lettuce, tomato slices, the cheesy patty, pickles, and the fried egg. Cap and serve immediately.
