MICHELADA ANGEL EGGS
Directions

Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.

Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.

Drain and place eggs in cold water for 5 minutes then peel carefully.

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl.

Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.

Add mayonnaise, Manny's Ultimate Michelada Mix, mustard, and paprika. Mix until creamy.

Spoon or pipe filling into the egg whites.
-
Sprinkle generously with Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt and chopped chives.
-
Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
