Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 2 tablespoons Manny's Ultimate Michelada Mix

  • ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt

  • Chives for garnish

MICHELADA ANGEL EGGS

Directions

  1. Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil.

  2. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10 minutes.

  3. Drain and place eggs in cold water for 5 minutes then peel carefully.

  4. Slice eggs in half lengthwise and scoop yolks into a bowl.

  5. Mash yolks with a fork until smooth.

  6. Add mayonnaise, Manny's Ultimate Michelada Mix, mustard, and paprika. Mix until creamy.

  7. Spoon or pipe filling into the egg whites.

  8. Sprinkle generously with Manny's x Hot Crispy Oil Chili Salt and chopped chives.

  9. Chill for 20 minutes before serving.
