Ingredients

  • 1 cup Arborio rice

  • 3 cups chicken broth

  • ½ cup Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely choppe

  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

ROSSO RISOTTO

Directions

  1. Heat chicken broth in a separate saucepan and keep it warm on low heat.

  2. In another pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  3. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes until soft.

  4. Add Arborio rice and stir constantly for 1 minute until slightly translucent.

  5. Pour in Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary and stir until absorbed.

  6. Add warm broth ½ cup at a time, stirring continuously and waiting until each addition is absorbed before adding the next.

  7. Continue this process for about 20 minutes until the rice is creamy and tender.

  8. Stir in parmesan cheese at the end and serve immediately.
