Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons flour

  • 2 cups milk

  • ½ cup Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary

  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • ½ teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain, and set aside.

  2. In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux.

  3. Cook for 1 minute while stirring to remove the raw flour taste.

  4. Slowly whisk in milk, stirring constantly until smooth.

  5. Add Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary and salt, then simmer for 3–4 minutes until slightly thickened.

  6. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.

  7. Add cooked macaroni and mix until evenly coated.

  8. Serve warm and sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
