Ingredients

  • 2 racks baby back ribs

  • 1 cup Manny’s Ultimate Michelada

  • ½ cup ketchup

  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

ULTIMATE MICHELADA BABY BACK RIBS

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking tray with foil.

  2. Pat ribs dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

  3. In a bowl, mix Manny’s Ultimate Michelada, ketchup, brown sugar, and garlic powder.

  4. Brush the mixture generously on both sides of the ribs.

  5. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2½ hours until tender.

  6. Remove foil, brush on extra sauce, and broil for 5 minutes until caramelized.

  7. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
