BACK TO TABLE OF CONTENTS

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 small onion, diced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 cups diced potatoes

  • 1 cup Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 can chopped clams (with juice)

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. In a large pot, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.

  3. Add diced potatoes and Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary.

  4. Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

  5. Add clams and their juice, followed by heavy cream. Stir gently.

  6. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

  7. Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot with bread.
