ZESTY CLAM
CHOWDER
Directions

In a large pot, heat butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic and sauté until translucent, about 3 minutes.

Add diced potatoes and Manny’s Ultimate Bloody Mary.

Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.

Add clams and their juice, followed by heavy cream. Stir gently.

Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, then serve hot with bread.
